Ryarsh Village Hall
HIRE CHARGES 1st September 2009
No charge for the kitchen if both Main Hall and Davison Room are booked.
£10 fee for use of drop down screen.
Wedding receptions & similar functions/parties charged separately.
Regular hirers (at least monthly) will receive a discount, if paid monthly on time.
All other bookings require a non-refundable £50 deposit and the balance paid at least 10 days before the event.
The Hall is now licensed for consumption but not sale of alcohol. If a selling bar is required then Jon Sutton, Duke of Wellington, Ryarsh can usually oblige. If you wish to run your own bar, inform the bookings clerk, who requires a copy of the Temporary Events Notice 10 days before the event.
The Kitchen now meets statutory requirements but if food preparation is intended then a person with suitable certification is required by law.
Further charges will apply if the Hall and/or surrounds are left in an unsuitable condition for the next hirers.
The Hall and surrounds are comprehensively insured including public and third party liability by the Trustees. This does not cover you as a hirer against theft, injury or third party claims.
